Below you will find our procedure for repairing your device.
You can bring in your device without obligation or register it via our registration form.
PLEASE NOTE: A device registered via our recovery form can be processed faster than a device that is offered without registration. The registration date of the device is respected.
You can bring in devices:
Monday to Saturday - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
By registration
1: Register your device via our “Recovery request form”
2: You will receive an email from us as confirmation
If you wish to send a device.
-You bring the package to a Bpost office or postal point
-You will receive a shipping receipt with your track and trace code at the office
Please note: We are not responsible for delays, losses, damage caused (dents, scratches, etc.) or the like by the postal services.
4: After your device has been completed you will receive an email to confirm this.
The repaired device will only be returned or can only be picked up if all outstanding repair costs have been settled or these can be paid in cash or via bancontact upon collection.
PLEASE NOTE: we do NOT have payconiq.
5: We will send the device back to the address you provided via Bpost or the device can be picked up from us.
Expensive repairs
The average recovery time is usually +/- 7 to 10 working days.
This duration is indicative and depends on various factors such as:
-Type of problem
-Delivery time of parts
-Answers time of the cutlery
- Holidays, days off or leave
-….

Rates:
-Transport costs for delivery and return are €17.00. These costs are added to the total invoice.
Recovery rates.
-Our working hours are calculated per quarter hour started and amount to € 19.36 including VAT per quarter hour started.
We immediately repair all repairs that can be carried out under 70.00 euros. If the cost of repair is higher than EUR 70.00, we will always provide you with a price estimate and wait for approval for repair.
Specification costs
-Cutlery costs for small appliances (drill, printed circuit board, iron, etc.) are €20.00 if you wish to return the appliance and do not want it repaired.
-Customer costs for large appliances (TV, Audio, Video, etc...) are €40.00 if you wish to return the appliance and do not want it repaired.
Parts
If you wish to purchase parts through us, the shipping costs BE/NL are €10.00
Some concepts:
-No Fix: Devices can be extremely damaged that it is no longer permissible to repair them.
-Economic No Fix: The amount for the repair is higher than 70% of the new price of the device. *Only if the device is still available new.
Warranty
In accordance with the legally determined warranty period, we provide a 3-month warranty on repairs for electronic devices for the repair of the product for the fault, error or defect in the repaired device stated by the customer.
Example :
-You have a Smart Phone or tablet repaired for a new display, but you notice that the battery is broken after 2 months. We cannot be held responsible for the defective battery.
-You have an LED moving head repaired whereby we replace one of the defective LEDs and you notice that after a few days (weeks) an LED problem arises, we will use the photos taken during repair and notice that it was replaced earlier. component does not provide a warranty on another defective component.
-You have an amplifier repaired where the right channel is defective and you have the same incident some time later with the left channel, we will not repair it under warranty.
